 Front office management.
• Updating the call details to the reporting manager.
• Coordinating between HR Executives & Candidates for Interview.
• Coordinating with Foreign & Local Visitors.
• Managing Housekeeping and Front-Office.
• Maintaining Attendance Register regularly. [ through Mail and Register]
• Preparing daily attendance. To report continuous latecomers and absentees.
• Maintaining Registers Like visitors. Candidates.
• Maintaining the Welcome Board list.
